Founded by engineer John in 2019, OforTech started with a simple operating rule: ship useful software, communicate clearly, and never pretend a timeline is safer than it is. Founded by engineer John, with design led by Maria, the studio keeps the work direct and accountable.
The team pairs engineering judgment with product design so each project can move from idea to reliable launch without unnecessary handoffs.
PRINCIPLES
Craft over speed
Fast is good. Right is better. We'd rather miss a deadline by a week than ship something we'll have to rewrite in a quarter.
Honest defaults
Fixed-fee where we can, hourly when we can't. No surprise change-orders. No buried clauses.
Curiosity is the job
Every project teaches us something. The studio is a place to keep learning — not just a place to bill hours.

Public roadmaps, slack channels, GitHub access from day one. You see what we see, when we see it.
