We collect the minimum data we need to run our business. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to retarget you across the web.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Name, email, and the message you send. Used to reply.
- Analytics. Page views, referrer, country (not IP). We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider; no third-party cookies.
- Chatbot transcripts. If you start a conversation, we keep the transcript so an advisor can pick up where it left off.
How we use it
To respond, to staff projects, and to improve the site. That's it.
Where it's stored
EU and US regions, encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it for their work and is logged.
Your rights
Email privacy@ofortech.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within ten business days.
Cookies
We set a single first-party cookie to remember your language and theme preferences. We do not use tracking cookies.
Updates
If we change this policy, we will note the date at the top and, for material changes, email anyone we've previously corresponded with.
