Prototype, iterate, decide.

Working prototypes, not deck mockups. We test with real users on real devices before a line of production code is written.

03 / Build

Agile, but for grown-ups.

Two-week sprints, public roadmap, slack channel. You see progress every Friday — not when the invoice arrives.

04 / Release

Launch day, on schedule.

Stores, deployment, monitoring, comms. Most projects go live within 12-16 weeks of kickoff.

Stay with you, for as long as you want.
