Salary banded against US senior market. Same band whether you're in Lagos or London.

Profit share

15% of studio profit goes back to the team every year. No vesting cliff games.

Real time off

5 weeks minimum, taken. We track time-off-taken, not time-off-allowed.

Learning budget

$3k a year for conferences, courses, books — no approval needed.

M-series MacBook Pro, the monitor, the chair. Refreshed on a 3-year cadence.
